About Us
When we first looked at redeveloping 38 Langham Street we knew it would be interesting; the opportunity to work on a building which offers so much was hard to resist.
We immediately recognised that although we would be faced with challenges, the blend of retaining and nurturing the historic elements of the building whilst developing modern apartments behind the historic façade presented an opportunity we could not miss.
Fitzrovia is one of London’s most exciting neighbourhoods and has managed to skilfully modernise whilst retaining its personality and village atmosphere.
